A look back at the 2022 Mizzou International Composers Festival concerts

The 2022 Mizzou International Composers Festival returned to live concerts after two years of online-only performances at the 2020 and 2021 MICFs. If you attended the live MILF concerts presented at the Missouri Theater, and at Sheryl Crow Hall at the Sinquefield Music Center the last week of July, you experienced firsthand the energy and excitement of these outstanding performances. Alarm Will Sound to perform eight world premiere compositions at the Missouri Theater July 30 to conclude the 13th Annual MICF

The 13th annual Mizzou International Composers Festival concludes Saturday evening, July 30 with a 7:30 Pm (CDT) concert at the Missouri Theatre by acclaimed new music ensemble, Alarm Will Sound. Under the direction of Alan Pierson, AWS will play world premiere performances by the eight MICF Resident Composers. Admission to the concert is free. 2022 Mizzou International Composers Festival July 27th schedule features evening concert and morning Resident Composer presentations

A concert performance and Resident Composer presentations highlight activities at the 13th annual Mizzou International Composers Festival on  Wednesday, July 27th.
